What's the best way to correct colors across large panoramas? I mean like variances in saturation, brightness, etc., across the sky, plants, water, etc. Not usually a huge problem, but I'd like to know what you guys do when this happens to you. I'm using Autopano pro to put the images together.

You have to math the colors before you assemble the photos into a panorama. As I've progressed trough various photo post procesing software I've used that to adjust the images. iPhoto, Aperture and photoshop all work. But you have to do it before.
