Installation Disk reuse...

I have recently bought a MacBook along with which i got my installation disk. I havent used it till date.. One of my friend also uses MacBook...He needs to upgrade his OS..Would it be fine to give him the disk for installation..?? Will it create any problem for me later when i wish to use the cd to install it on my macbook....??
Kindly help..
