how do you automount NFS while on specific network?

Is there a way to have
If network="name of local network"
then mount NFS share
else ignore

Or else how can I use NFS with my laptop, being I am on different networks at times. And I don't want to reboot everytime I am on a different network

nm. found an ubuntu guide with using avahi. I hope it works.
