Is this a fair deal?

So me and another MR user are involved in a trade right now, I just want to get your input before I pull the trigger. I'm trading a powerbook g4 12" 1.33 + $850 for a MBA 1.6ghz + superdrive. MBA was purchased in February and it's really clean.

I would say it is... sounds very reasonable to me

That sounds like a very good deal, but do you really want the macbook air; will it be your only computer?

Who cares. If he's coming from a Powerbook, then its going to be a zillion times faster. This is an awesome deal for the OP and a pretty lousy deal for the Macbook Air owner, but whatever. Each to their own.

yeah seems good...the mba core 2 will seem a hole lot faster too 🙂
