well after my last gen powerbook keyboard died I switched to a black macbook (2.0ghz core duo) maxed the ram and put in a 160g hard drive.

Now ... i miss the larger screen, backlit keyboard and better sound.

I had no trouble selling my powerbook not less than 3 months ago and for quite a premium so I'm sort of wondering is my current model still viable to warrant trying to sell it?Or are people simply not interested in these early models?

Anything can be sold! Do some research on eBay for similar items to get an idea of what prices people are paying and see if that price works for you.

I m sure you`ll find a good enough deal on eBay. Macs generally do sell for a premium on eBay. Give it a try.

Ebay.com ? or where ?

Black MacBooks your spec sell for around £550-600 on eBay.co.uk ($1100-1200) so yes they are worth selling.

eBay.com I would have thought about $600-700.
