ical reminders question

hey guys okay so on my ical i have like 5 regular calendars and 5 subscriptions..i wanted to know if there is anyway to set reminders or alarms on the subscription calendars so when i sync it to my iphone my iphone can remind me of those calendars...right now im only able to do the manual calendars that i setup

any thoughts?
