Hello...I just started using my 30 gig and I must say I am plagued with many problems. It won't turn off half the time and I am constantly having to sit there and try to figure out what's wrong with it.
Lately, when I've been adding videos to my iPod, they will start off very bright, and be kind of pixelated, then will return to their normal format. It's only when the videos start for some reason, and it happens on every one that I've tried recently. It wasn't doing this before and now it just started up. Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
