see for yourself... what do I do?

it says:
"This backup is too large for the backup volume. The backup requires 338 MB but only 1.2 GB are available"
that just makes no sense!

then when I look at the backup disk it says it has 2.7 MB left

so my question: how do I go about deleting old backups? do I just remove the backup folder from the drive or would that mess things up?

Fantastic error! I thought TM was meant to delete old backups.

Think your external HD might be a bit small tho, try 250 or 500Gb.
