Need Help Converting Files

Can anyone suggest a good, but idiot-proof, program (free would be great) that will allow me to convert RealMedia files to a format Apple TV will accept.

I downloaded VisualHub but RealMedia isn't one of the formats it supports.

The only program I found that could convert RMVB to AVI (and many other formats) is ffmpegX and you can find it at http://homepage.mac.com/major4/.
