How do I know if my itouch is jailed breaked? i bought it used on craigslist> it said it was jail broken> What advantages is there with that feature thanks..

If it's jailbroken there will be a icon on the home screen saying "installer"

FYI, it is Jailbroken, not jailed breaked :D

the advantages of the installer (at least for 2 more weeks) is 3rd party apps, and non apple aproved applications, just about any app you could dream of on your iPod touch

Ok got it running now what? For every install i have to have a source right? Where do I find the sources?

now it tells me that it can not refresh sources please help paid slot for the touch and jailbreaking thanks

how much did you pay?
Jailbreaking shouldn't have cost you any extra. If it did you really got ripped off.

make sure you are adding good/real sources.

Jailbreaking shouldn't have cost you any extra. If it did you really got ripped off.

to add sourced go to the sources tab, and hit edit, then add

Now it freezes up on me. When i went to resore the installer is still in there i wanted to re install that but it wont uninstall..

for frezing, restore, and rejailbreak w/ iliberty+ or ziphone
