Recs for voice recorder (USB cable)

I need to record dialogues which I want to upload via USB to either an iMac or my desktop PC to be edited and later burned onto an Audio CD. I'm not looking for perfection with regard to sound quality but I do want it to be good to very good so no static. It's also important to have the recorder at a distance without sacrificing too much quality. Sometimes, there are up to 5 people involved.

Any recs?

Here are a few I found whilst googling. I'd like to pay 150$ or less. But, paying a bit more than that for something significantly better is something I would consider.
