MacBook Pro and Adobe CS3: more RAM!!

Hello, is anyone having difficulties with the rendering in Adobe Illustrator (Effects: 3D: Revolve) with their MacBook pro?
I have a 2.4 GHz with upgraded 4GB (2x2GB) RAM and am having difficulties understanding what the deal is...any suggestions?

well i think you can safely assume its not a RAM issue. i run after effects, which uses alot more ram then illustrator, on mine, which has 2gb, and it runs smoothly. my guess is its just a little bug. its never happened on my mbp, but at school on our aluminum imacs, premiere pro sometimes has issues. adobe programs do that sometimes. thats just a guess of mine.
