I don't see how it's at all possible to become part of Toast. DivX will not play in any DVD player (AFAIK) so a DivX format CD-R seems rather pointless considering that you can just as easy burn the DivX file in Mac/PC Hybrid format.

There are several DVD players that will playback DivX discs... technically a data CD or DVD with DivX encoded files on it.
