View Full Version : Macbook no longer automatically software updates itself?

I've had my macbook for about a year now and I've noticed that it no longer automatically updates itself. After noticing the lack of updates for a certain period of time, I decide to check for myself and find plenty of updates needing to be downloaded. I am fairly certain I did not change any settings and nor do I see any options to change settings regarding a system update.

Could there be a chance I accidently tweaked something? If so can I change it? I don't enjoy the feeling of being late on updates... because these late updates could potentially result in security issues? right?

Thanks for the help

System Prefs > Software Update > Check for Updates (every blank) & Download updates Automatically
