Re-Name harddrive [Archive] - MacRumors Forums

I made a partition on boot camp and named it untitled and i jumped the gun not to rename it and installed vista how can i rename it and put the macbook harddrive icon on it? i know that i need to get info its just that it wont let me do i have to do this on vista and how?

I found a similar post here:

it seems you have to boot into windows to rename the partition if it is formatted NTFS (read only from OS X). If it is FAT you should be able to do it in Finder.

You will need to use an USB stick and boot in window (it's one of the post at the end).
