Upgrading white intel imac's RAM

Hi all, I have a white 17" intel imac with a puny 512mb of RAM, I am looking to upgrade this to 2gb, Can anyone recommend a particular brand of memory and tell me how to do it? I am a bit squeemish about opening it up and killing it, is it easy?

You can get 2GB for about $50 at Newegg.

Just make sure you get PC2-5300
