How can a page from installer created by Apple Package Maker can be removed?

i have created my custom page through plugin to select the destination locations and want to remove the one created by package maker.

or how can i provide the option for specifying more than one destination locations in the installer created by package maker.

Please help

How to remove a page from Apple PackageMaker

Prior to Mac OS X 10.5, in Package Maker 2.x we could add a file InstallerSections.plist in package contents and display custom pages, change the order of pages or even remove pages.
Package maker 3.x does not seem to support this feature. :(

I too have a problem, "Destination Select" page gets shown inconsistently during installation, even though I have set destination as user's home directory while creating the package. And this page contains only one option - Home Directory - which is selected by default :confused:
