UK Credit Check For Existing O2 Customers?

Will you be credit checked again when taking on the new iPhone if your an existing customer?....

If you fail it what sort of deposit will be required?...may as well go PAYG if its anything substantial?

If you've paid up on your contract on time then I don't know why they'd bother.

From past experience if you fail a credit check you leave the store empty handed unless the PayG is available (which it may not be).

Existing customers are not subject to a new credit check, certainly not when I upgraded to the iPhone last November.

. . . dependant on your payment history. If you are *high maintenance* they may take the opportunity to dump you, or ask for a large deposit
