iPhone 3G Family Plan with regular phone?

Here's my situation. I want an iPhone 3G. My mom doesn't. So, can AT&T setup a family plan with one line for the iPhone 3G and the second line for a regular cell phone? And, if they can, how much will it cost? 😕
