new Mac User with a iphone sync question

I just wondered if there was a way to sync the iphone to my new mac without deleting everything on it and starting a new relationship with the new mac. I would like to keep it synced up with both my PC and Mac....is this possible?

I don't think that is possible. Backup all of your music and transfer it to your mac. Pick either the PC or your Mac to sync. There is a program that will let you have 2 accounts on the iphone but you have to have a jailbroken iPhone. Sorry I forget the program right now...
