Hopefully Google fights it to higher level courts. Or "accidentally" does erase *.*:cool:.

Though I never saw the interest in watching full tv shows this way as the clip lengths and quality are limited. I prefer to log on to the actual networks website for full high quality episodes with no legal worries.

Though I hope I do not get nailed for the three Donal Duck cartoons from the 1930's and 40's I watched last week. "Early to Bed" is hilarious

to me it's not only wrong that google have to hand over the logs for the videos that Viacom own the copyright for but for all videos every user has watch i.e. the ones Viacom do not own the copyright on.

Viacom has "backed off" from demands to divulge the viewing habits of every user who has ever watched a video on YouTube, the website has claimed.

Google had been ordered to provide personal details of millions of YouTube users to help Viacom prepare its case on alleged copyright infringement.
