I'm tired of it... it looked nice at first but it just reminds me of why I got a mac in the first place. How can I get rid of Vista and get the rest of my HD back??

Open bootcamp > create or remove a windows button, failing that use disk utility

I removed bootcamp a while back because it said that it had expired when I opened it after Leopard had come out.
And Disk Utility won't let me do anything with the Vista partition (erase is grayed out).

erase doesn't actually erase it formats the partition, go into disk utility click on your root drive ( not the icon ) > partition tab > click on your windows partition > then the minus sign > a drop down should appear > remove partition, failing that try ipartition (http://www.coriolis-systems.com/iPartition.php)
