AT&T shows not eligible for upgrade, but I have iPHone

Logged in and the system shows that I ma not eligible for the upgrade, but when I call them they say that I am and not to worry about it. They noted my account and sent a email. I have two 1st gen iPhones on the account.

Should I be concerned ?
 
Nah don't be worried, everyone who has an iPhone prior to July 11 and is in good standing with AT&T will get the iPhone 3G for the "discounted low price of $199" and if you meet those requirements then you're good to go.
