powerbook g4 heating issues

hello

i notices that after a while my powerbook gets really hot, 137F, and then the fans kick in, sometimes only one kick in, i know this by istat, since i really never hear the fans anyway.

i found this thing while searching for a solution http://fclose.org/powerbook-fan-speed

would that work? what other solutions do i have?
