what apps will be available in the 2.0 FW? and what will they be for? If buying and upgrading to 2.0 will apps i already go (through jailbreak) work like notes, google maps, mail etc work?

Some a dollar, some a hundred, some in between. Pricing will vary.

Available pricing options range from $0.99 to $999.99.
Most apps will probably be in the $2.99-19.99 range. Many full-fledged games that I have heard of are $9.99.

Edit: But there are going to be lots and lots of useful free applications.
