iPod question about setting up 2 different ipods on 1 itunes?

if my parents have an ipod on my computer, and i get one, how do you keep the music lists separate so i dont get their songs onto my ipod? I dont feel like unchecking 1500 songs everytime i want to sync lol

Use playlists. You can tell each iPod only to sync songs that are contained in certain playlists.

Or, you can keep two separate iTunes libraries. Holding the option key while launching iTunes gives you the option of using multiple libraries.

We have 4 different iPod/iPhones in the house and all have different playlist, music and movies on them.

You'll be fine.
