swiftaw macrumors 603 Jul 6, 2008 #2 Use playlists. You can tell each iPod only to sync songs that are contained in certain playlists. Or, you can keep two separate iTunes libraries. Holding the option key while launching iTunes gives you the option of using multiple libraries.
