Burning an ISO

Hey, I'm not sure if the discussion of piracy is allowed here, but I need help..lol


I'm currently running the latest version of Mac OS X Tiger on my iMac. I downloaded a torrent of "a new cat operating system". I now have an ISO file, and I'm not sure what to do with it. How do I burn the "new cat operating system" to a dual layer DVD and install it?

Sorry if I'm breaking forum rules or something.

BTW: I actually do have a legit copy of Leopard that came with my Macbook and can't find the disc. I don't really want to give ole' Steve more money.
