Completed applications for App store needed today

Developers!!!

Deadline to post your application for app store is noon July 7. If you have a completed application and not apple license, I can help you to have it there on store launch. Email ASAP

Are you allowed to transfer apps to another licence? I thought the developer licence was linked to their app only currently?
 
its a little late to be putting out that email, if you wanted to help somebody you would have put that out days ago. Thanks for trying I guess.
 
I have a corporate license and can work with a team. It's late for now but my offer is still in effect. We'll be able to post it later
