I don't know of any way to do this on the Mac, but there's a Windows app called StreamBox VCR that can make 100% accurate copies of RealAudio/RealVideo streams. If you've got a Windows machine handy, get it from here (http://www.afterdawn.com/software/audio_software/audio_tools/streambox_vcr.cfm) :)
