I am at a bit of a loss. I have recently dropped my 1st generation iPhone and have been offered a repair at £180 or to claim a replacment on my house insurance with £100 excess.
Thats pretty much a no brainer for me. But I am having trouble getting anyone to quote me on a replacement. Now surely because it is being brought or quoted through my insurance company I cant be made to sign up to a new contract so what do I do? Obviously my insurance company doesn't want to buy from ebay so how do I proceed.
This has to have been covered elsewhere with people having phones stolen or broken.
So any help?
