.Mac mail accounts... IMAP? Or POP3 only?

Hey guys... My Powerbook should be at my doorstep tomorrow morning, and what I can't really figure out is whether .mac's email accounts are POP3 only, or can be used in IMAP mode. I use a few different computers, as well as webmail to refer back to sent emails for work all the time, so IMAP really fits the bill for me.

Is it possible to use IMAP with .mac? (Or the OS-X mail client for that matter?)

I have .Mac mail. Use it as IMAP (the standard .Mac settings) in Mac OS X's Mail.app.
