FamilyTalk Plan Upgrade - Does main account holder need to be present

Hello,

I'm about to upgrade my iPhone to iPhone 3G and I'm on an iPhone familytalk plan with 3 other iPhones already. When I go to upgrade, does the main account holder need to be present or will me having her SSN be enough? I am over 18.

I would bring her, she is my mother, but she is currently hospitalized and won't be out for a few months... :-\

LOL I just called AT&T and asked and he said "Normally the last 4 digits of the SSN would be enough, but Apple is a dumb psychotic company and gives us new info every day so call back tomorrow. IT SHOULD be enough."

Very nice to their partners I see. Lol
