Final Cut Pro 3 no video when exported

Hello,

I have tried many different settings trying to export my video clip as a Quicktime Movie, once it completes the export I try to play it in Quicktime there is audio but no video, can someone lead me in the right directionÉ

I'm not too sure what codec I am using or how to find that out. I am jsut choosing File>Export>Quicktime Movie. It Exports to my desktop as a .mov file and has the Quicktime Icon, but no video just audio (a blank white screeen)
