If so, then we should see the updates fairly soon due to the photos released of the Pro. :rolleyes:

Yes i do. they were updated the same time before. i betting early to mid august

It varies. Sometimes they update at the same time, sometimes it varies a week or two, sometimes only one gets updated.

If BOTH are getting a redesign then its likely it will be at the same time so Apple can make an event out of it. If it's only the MBP getting a redesign then its possible that the MB could get a spec bump at the same time or get one quietly a few weeks later.
