I'm wondering where is gonna sell out fastest. we have 4 options in a one mile radius - Victoria square (open from 8am), the O2 store in Castle street (also open from 8am), the O2 store in Castlecourt (normal trading hours) and the Carphone Warehouse in Cornmarket (Normal trading hours - I think).
I think (hope) there'll be enough iPhone's to meet demand.... :o
