250MB, 500MB equals to how much of video/websites/mail

Ok, I am choosing an iPhone Plan. The two that suite me include 250MB and 500MB...

How much can I do with this amount of data, I know it's not much, but I just gonna use it in the morning for train rides to my TAFE, and maybe back again.
I usually gonna use it to read news, read wiki, macrumor, heavy image forums, and light youtube browsing. Any Help?
