Not avaialble at UK store! Why?

My guess is a deliberate decision.

It's a highly sort-after app, so restricting it to certain countries will build anticipation, until it finally does appear on the UK, and other stores.

They want everyone to have it - It makes them money.

Even though the initial end user 'app', is free.
