ll i got an iCurve for my ibook and its definately nice but not to practical. my laptop almost tipped over several times

get the macmice gPerch stand, I think that looks better...
only get a stand if you have an external keyboard though... using a keyboard that high will kill you.

I got one and it supports the PB 17 from front to back. You really have to try hard to tip it over from the iCurve stand. Go to an Apple Store and check it out yourself and while you're there, you should also get a Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse. These 3 accs. are ideal for me.

That is NOT TRUE. It is very practical. It is designed to be used with an external keyboard and mouse, but makes the laptop lose extra heat more easily and increases ergonomics.
I definately recommend this stand.
