iPod touch frozen completely!!

I have a jailbroken iPod touch and I tried downloading a app pack and after it installed and such, I tried to open it and it froze. When I pressed home, it just kept the status bar and the rest is black.

It is completely frozen except I can double tap home and open the music and listen to music but when I press home, the screen is black except the status bar is there. The sleep button doesn't work and it won't auto lock. Someone help...

I was hoping to avoid that...

*edit* I actually fixed the freeze and it works again, without restore. However, I want to delete the app that caused this and it does not show up on the installer list to uninstall. How do I get rid of it???
