help with exchange settings

I am unable to set up my exchange account with the new 2.0 firmware. I was able to do it successfully with a previous beta version of the firmware. Is anyone else having problems?

I entered the same settings I have in MS Entourage on my Mac. It has no problems in Entourage.

Have you installed the appropriate ssl root certificate for your exchange server?

No, I'd have to get my IT guys to do it. Is it 100% necessary for it to work?

I assumed I should be able to get it to work since Entourage has no problems. And, I've gotten it to work in the past with beta firmware.

What are you using as your server name?

Hooray! I got it to work. Here's what I did:

1. Entered the info.
2. Account Verification Failed.
3. Saved Anyways and exited.
4. Went back into mail account settings and turned SSL off.

Works flawlessly now.

Thanks for the help anyways. I hope this comes in handy for someone else who runs into this problem.
