Question about erasing content

I have an unlocked iPhone. If i use the "erase all content and settings" option, will it remain jailbroken and unlocked?

i just want to get rid of the contacts

No you will reset your phone to factory settings so just go and delete each contact u wanna delete individually

Just remove the contacts manually if you are that worried. Also, as long as ur on 1.1.4 or lower, u can unlock and jailbreak easy as pie with ziphone for free.

Is there a way to wipe the contact list? I really don't want to have to wipe the whole phone and start redoing settings again.
