so. my digitizer doesnt work, and I have a different backing then OEM for iphone (it's black) think genius bar will replace it? it's inside warranty I'd much rather just have online RMA but it seems it only is for accessories? strange since they ask for iphone serial number
so. I've never been to the genius bar, are they scrutinizing? If I purchase applecare will they be more likely to replace it?
