Apple Stores Getting Some Help

Per the manager who kicked me out of line for being ineligible to upgrade my phone and thus having to wait until tomorrow:

Apple employees aren't on their own -- authorized resellers who can't have iPhones are in store to help Apple employees do the activations on AT&T systems.
