To NOT do automatic fulfillment. (They will pre-register you and mail you an iphone in 5-7 days).
The reason they are doing this apparently is so they can process more iphone contracts, and "sell" more on day 1.. while not compromising day 2, 3, 4, 5 sales as more stock will be coming in nightly. He said if you dont get one today, just come back tomorrow, or Sunday...
