Not getting the itunes store thing, but just a white screen with iphone

After hours of messing with the firmware, I finally DLed 2.0. It all went smooth up until now.

I know some people are getting the whole "accessing itunes store" but I'm just getting the white screen with iphone written across. On my actual phone its just the emergency number thing. Anyone know anything about this?

That sounds like it didn't reload your information for you cell service so it thinks that the phone has not been activated yet. Just a guess though.
