The store I went to only had 1 8gig iPhone, and the entire system was down (any of the Rogers stores wouldn't be able to process the iPhone). Girl told me that it would probably be a week before I'd actually be able to get a phone.
Their website isn't working and when you call you're going to be waiting a few hours.
