Why £36.16 and not the £35 a month

I have just looked at my bill on the 02 site and it says £36.16 a month how come they have added £1.16 a month on? 😕
 
I remember my first bill was the same, I think they may charge you for a month+day. It went to 35 a month after.
 
Thanks hope the quick reply 🙂 Tax they can tax me anymore saying that it won't be long before they tax the air.
