Can I keep my 550 min plan or not?

I called 611 (att) and they AREN'T SURE!!! Apple store isn't sure... Att store said yes, just will be adding a data plan.. what is true?

This doesn't exactly answer your question, but I had a 550 minute family plan and was able to keep it.

I can confirm this. I have a 550 plan and it's intact.

wait, are you saying that you can keep your old plan? i was told that even current iphone users had to choose amongst the new options.
i pay $65 after taxes etc. for the most basic plan from last july. with the new rates, the cheapest would be $70 without any SMS, so it would end up being $85 after taxes etc. to have the same plan features as i currently have.

I can't believe apple and ATT didn't know!
