The two issues I've had is that some developers will post their useless splash page as the only image for their product, and that I have to buy it before I try it.
It would seem that as the weeks go on, developers will be able to specify their evaluation period, from zero days to a year or something, and at that time, when the app is launched, it's either deleted or bought.
