Just finished downloading and I'm just wondering whether I should use it or just wait for Apple to sort it out. Are there any problems with it?

I wouldn't use it, there seems to be a lot of problems with updating. But it would be nice to see if it's successful.
Where did you download it?

From the Apple site (the leaked link).

How about buying it instead of stealing it through a back-door link?

How about you shut up?
I'm downloading it and then using it until it is posted officially, then I'll buy it.
Also, don't get me started with why I shouldn't pay for this (are you an iPhone user btw). I don't mind paying for it, but I shouldn't have to.
It's ridiculous. I adopt earlier and pay £270 for a 16GB touch screen device (which is now being sold for £250ish with Jan update), then I buy Jan update for £12.99, now this update which includes the Jan update free. WTF? Why am I being punished like this... I'm 14 and all I do is get scammed by Apple, they over-charge and to be quite frank, I've had enough of sticking up for Apple. I paid £1500 for a 24" iMac which constantly crashes w/ spinning 'beachball' and the hardware sucks to be quite frank. They've failed with MobileMe and with iPhone 3G. They should have known if they were going to have this problem. And now they're messing up the iPod Touch 2.0, Apple suck, big time. They used to be good, but now I've started becoming a main stream user of Apple products all of a sudden they suck, big time. They're scam artists and all they want is to over charge for computers and phones with no basic functionality (hint hint copy+paste, file manager and MMS). I could buy a Windows computer with the spec of my Mac for about £600.
Apple = Epic Fail. I've had enough.
Outburst over.

I myself would use it, but when the 2.0 comes officially, buy it, anyway, that version (5A347) is the one Apple is selling at the moment, I bet they might come later today or early tomorrow with a the official firmware (5A350), but those are rumors.
Completely agree with you Nick, is just business.

How about because I can't?
You will be able to soon... with every version of Mac OS, the gold master gets leaked about a week early. That doesn't mean that I should steal that because I can't buy it yet. Patience is a virtue; a virtue which many on here don't seem to have.
